Pay the deposit to secure the appointment. You will receive a receipt and an appointment confirmation to your email. You will have 24/7 access to the notary via phone, text, or email.

The day of the appointment, you will receive a text message with a vehicle tracking link.

Once the notary arrives, they will verify the signatory's identity, and make a record of the notarization in their notary journal. The journal belongs solely to the notary, and your privacy is protected.

The notary will indicate where to sign, and once the document has been signed, the notary will begin the notarization.

They will sign, date, and indicate the location of the signing on the document. The notary will then stamp the document with their official seal.
